What server owners ask before adding the bot.

Is ControlDeck free?: Yes. ControlDeck is currently free to use. If paid plans are ever introduced, the Terms of Service commit to giving reasonable notice first.
How do people apply?: You publish a form to any channel as a button or a select menu. Applicants click it and the bot asks your questions one at a time in their DMs: free text, single or multiple choice, numbers or links.
Can several staff members review the same application?: Yes. Applications land in a shared queue where reviewers vote. You set how many votes a form needs; once they are in, the majority decides, and the bot applies the accept or reject roles and DMs the applicant.
Does it work for whitelist applications, like FiveM or Minecraft servers?: Yes. A whitelist application is just another form. Required roles, cooldowns and bans control who can apply and how often, and accepted applicants get the roles you choose.
How is it different from Discord’s built-in applications?: Discord’s own member applications only cover joining a server. ControlDeck runs any number of forms, for staff, moderator or whitelist roles, and adds multi-reviewer voting, per-form cooldowns and bans, automatic role changes on a decision, and an audit log of every staff action.
